Our Staff
The Assisted Living Well Compassionate Care, LLC team is comprised of seasoned experts in providing individual, compassionate care. Assisted Living Well knows that a loving, safe environment for our residents combines laughter, quality care and personalized service by an experienced team.
Our health care team is led by a full-time, in-house Managing Nurse with over 20 years experience, Sandy Marshall. Her team is comprised of highly skilled and compassionate Med-Tech Certified Care Providers. Low staff turnover provides stability and continuity of care. We are proud that many of our team members have been with us since our opening in 2006, live in the neighborhood, and participate in community events.
Our Hospitality
Assisted Living Well’s hospitality services were developed by hospitality experts with a combined 120 years of hospitality management experience. It was their goal that all residents are provided with resort-style service to encourage social
interaction and a personal experience in addition to healthy, varied, nutrient-rich and fresh meals daily. All meals are prepared by our house chef with the freshest ingredients three times per day.
We also provide entertainment for our residents such as a live musical guests, karaoke, regular visits to the horse farm as well as other special experiences, such as birthday meals, ice cream socials and holiday celebrations.
Our Founders
Founders, Craig and Jeannette Lussi opened Assisted Living Well seventeen years ago. Jeannette manages the day-to-day operations and is regularly on-site and available to residents and staff. She is smart, kind, generous, thoughtful, attentive, caring and respectful of all residents and employees. It is important to Jeannette to have open communication with residents and her staff to ensure every resident is comfortable and pleased.
